For general health improvements try this. During a full moon, light a green candle and add a combination of any of the following herbs to a green bag (if edible, eating them will increase the potency of the spell): dandelion, comfry, bay leaves, basil, mint, mugwort, nettle, lavender, coriander, sage, cinnamon, turmeric, holy basil, peppermint.

Place the bag of herbs under your pillow for at least twenty-one days.
