I'm Having Trouble with Volume Controls.
All videos are automatically muted, mostly so you don't open it at work and get an immediate dose of champagne language... The volume button is on the right side of the Vimeo mobile player. Adjust to your liking. If there is no Vimeo frame around your video, this is not an issue with thirdeyechampagne.com.
This could be the Samsung Internet browser or an outdated version of Chrome on Android. The result is the Vimeo controls are getting stripped.It could also be an Android system-level video player hijacking the embed and playing it natively without the Vimeo wrapper.
Your Android browser may not be fully supporting the Vimeo video player, which is why the controls aren’t showing up. Please try opening the site directly in Google Chrome on your Android device — you can download it free from the Google Play Store if you don’t have it. Once you’re in Chrome, the volume controls will appear in the bottom bar of the video player.
Alternatively you can watch on your desktop or laptop. That should solve the problem.
I'm not receiving your emails. What do I do?
Add [email protected] to your address book. Check and make sure you didn't unsubscribe. Your email carrier may have aggressive spam filtering so check your spam folder and if you see an email from us mark it as not spam.
Why can't I access certain content?
That content is likely not be available on your tier. If can't access any content, you may not be logged in or your payment may not have gone through or has expired. Please email [email protected].
What is the difference between memberships?
The Amethyst tier is the basics, access to most of the site and all videos and live streams and the blog. If you want more, access to the full site, plus prizes and giveaways, year long candle services and everything we offer, the Sapphire tier is where you want to be. Club 3333 is the full VIP backstage pass with massive reading discounts on private readings, first access to all readings, sales, calendars and new merch as well as private live stream parties.
How often is new content added?
New content goes up every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with special live streams peppered throughout the year as well.
Can I download any content from this site?

How do I find the Stock Market Club?
The Stock Market Club meets 4 times a year and is available to Club 3333 only. Sapphire tier gets access to one stream a year. The link to join the stream and the recording link will be in the Champagne Room in the Lounge 3333 Forum Page.

What is the Champagne Room?
The Champagne Room is an old school forum where the community can chat, drop links to interesting things for discussion (soliciting will get you banned from the site with a quickness), recommend books, list reading requests, chat about mutual obsessions and find special links or recordings as well as information drops from Kirsten.
Can I add an avatar to my profile?
You sure can! Just go to your account and got to forum profile an click edit and you will have the ability to upload a picture of you, your dog, cat, etc.

How do I update my account information?
You can update your account information at anytime by going to thirdeyechampagne.com/account/. Click on the home tab to change your email address or mailing address or change your password.
How do I cancel my account?
You can update your account information at anytime by going to your account page and hitting the cancel or pause button.
Can I get a refund?
The Collective by Third Eye Champagne does not offer refunds.
Can I gift a membership to someone?
Yes, you can! You’re so sweet to gift a membership to someone you love. Please contact me to do so: [email protected].
I’ve lost access to the The Collective by Third Eye Champagne membership. Help!
There are a couple reasons you may have lost access. The Collective by Third Eye Champagne reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and you may have been blocked by The Collective by Third Eye Champagne for violating the terms of service. Your card may be expired or your PayPal may have no balance. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can help you.
How do I reset my password?
You can update your account information at anytime by going to thirdeyechampagne.com/account/. Click on the home tab to change your password.
How do I pause my account?
You can update your account information at anytime by going to thirdeyechampagne.com/account/. Go to the Account tab and click the Pause link on your right.
How do I resume my subscription?
Log in and go to your Account, thirdeyechampagne.com/account/. Go to your account settings and click Resume.
How do I update my payment information?
Go to your account at thirdeyechampagne.com/account/. If you paid by credit card, click on Subscriptions then click on Update on your right. You will land on the page to update your credit card information.
If you pay by PayPal: Your recurring payments are managed directly through your PayPal account. Log into PayPal, go to Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments, find The Collective, and update your payment source there.
I'm locked out of my account! HALP!

Can I switch payment gateways?
We currently do not have that capability. But we're working on it! If you want to switch from PayPal to a credit card or the reverse, you will have to cancel your account and sign up using your new payment method.
I was charged but can't access content. What do I do?
This occasionally happens when the payment website and thirdeyechampagne.com fail to talk to each other in a timely way. Simply email [email protected] and we will manually turn on your account.
I don't recognize a charge from you.
The only thing you will ever be charged for from thirdeyechampagne.com is your subscription. No other charge, including for private readings, will ever come from this site.
Is my payment information safe?
We don't see or store your payment information. Only PayPal or Stripe has that info and we can't access it. Your credit card or PayPal cannot get hacked through this website.

As long as the site lives you will always have access to it.

Life time memberships are not available at this time but there is a definitely possibility they will be in the future.
