    Hey Kirsten,

I got some insight from this that I’m on the right track on something. I’m a Mystery School initiate studying the Kabbalah, and about to receive “keys” to manifestation magick through an 8,000 year-old lineage that dates back to King Solomon (which they spell Salomon). I was never Catholic, and my parents were agnostic/atheist as well as my grandparents. I was always “sensitive” and got it from my mother. Where am I going with this? I guess, I would say that as someone who does NOT have resistance issues with the Catholic church but doesn’t ever want to be Catholic because I am by Aquarian nature anti-authoritarian, I came to believe in demons and Angelic protection on my own. But all words and archetypes are pointers to reality, not reality itself. So Angels to me are not fluffy fru fru china dolls with wings. They are some badass energy that is here to serve us when we pray for help and call them by name. And the Angelic realm dates back to this lineage, NOT the Catholic Church. The same thing with demons. I completely agree with what you say that the Church is probably hiding this stuff. Which is why it is only recently that the Mystery School went public. But they have always been with us underground, which is where you get the demonization by the evangelicals of secret societies. There are also Satanic cults who get attracted to this lineage because they think we’re on the same page. And the people who teach it have to say, “No man! We are NOT on the same page. If you want though, we can offer you healings to clean out your energy and get you on track.” So yes; these things are energy, good energy needs our permission to engage with it, and bad energy can harass us, scare us, and influence us; but the questions is, can it POSSESS us when either we’re asleep, or inebriated? The one person I experienced first hand who believed she suffered from possession said she had psychotropic medication prescribed by a psychiatrist, but said she had to be careful with the dosage because if she took too much at night, her sense of self would go away, but the thing trying to take her over would get stronger. I think that Angels and their names are worth calling on for spiritual protection, because they are the big guns. And as far as the lower energies are concerned, I use the word “demon” for anything – spirit, energy, or other to describe something that wants to do evil and influence humans to do evil that was never human. I ACKNOWLEDGE it, and use “Angels” to protect myself from it, but I don’t give it power over me by fearing it to the extent that I demonize people, altered states of consciousness, and cower in fear at what it might do to me if I don’t follow the rules of my religions dictatorship. Would love it if you did a dive into GOOD angels and their energetic signatures. Even if you don’t publish it. Check them out! (By the way, these forms have a wry sense of humor). 🙂

Thanks Kirsten!! That was great!! This story makes so much more sense to me now.

Kirsten, it may be worthwhile to do a dive on poor Anneliese Michel. (the girl whose story inspired “The Exorcism of Emily Rose.”) My heart always broke for that girl.

I love it when things head off in an entirely different direction than I expect. This happens a lot with you and it is fascinating. This really made me think about things. What you are saying makes complete sense and explains so many things. And not only with the story of the Exorcist. Wow! This was very, very cool. Thank you.

Kirsten, another great video on the paranormal; the exorcist. Have you thought of doing the Amityville house?
    Thanks
